Intellectual Property
The 8 Scorecard brand, logo, scoring methodology, design, and original content are owned by 8 Scorecard or its licensors. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Accounts & Subscriptions
If you create an account or purchase a subscription, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8 Scorecard and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any content, including investment losses.
Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where 8 Scorecard operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
